Please read below prior to Contacting us as this may answer your question quickly and easily
Site Login & Old Orders: We have recently upgraded our website to a new platform with many more features and enhanced capabilities, the old logins, accounts and orders from the old site (black background / prior to 30th June 2020) will not be shown on this new site, if you need information about an old order or need a copy of it please check your email for the order or contact us below or email us.
Stock Status: Items stock status is shown in the product page, it has anything except "In Stock" is not in stock, some items are "Sold Out - Backorder Available" and are either out of stock or need to be ordered in from our supplier for your order. If this item is a new product a note will be displayed on the product page description stating when the item is expected in.
Product Info: If you are after more information on a product please check the product page, manufactures website, product manual (usually on the manufactures website), youtube video or Google search.
Orders: Once orders are shipped tracking numbers are updated in our system, you can access this by logging in and going to My Account, Orders, Track. Please allow 2-3 business days after the order is placed due to handling and packaging times.
PO Boxes: Yes we ship to PO Boxes, Australia Post
Freight: To get an accurate freight quote to your shipping address, you can get an estimate on the product page, or add multiple items to the cart and go to checkout, the site will provide the freight cost.
Calls: Please note we no longer accept incoming or make outgoing calls in order to keep the cost down and provide you with the best prices we can, please submit a contact form below if you need anything and will get back to you.
Emails: We do reply to all emails in due time, some times we need to refer your email to our suppliers or manufacturers and it takes time to get a reply due to different time zones if overseas and depending on the complexity and the nature of your request, please be patient and allow 2-3 business days in most cases.
